Vivendi's "National lampoon's TV: The Movie" - starring Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Lee Majors, Judd Nelson. It is a celebration of the ever-increasing ridiculousness of society reflected through television...oh, who are we trying to kid? We just wanted to break the stuff, throw Steve-O off a building and get some chick naked. Biting sketch comedy combined with "Jackassian" stunts form the basis of this demented channel-surfing adventure for the unfocused youth of the world. This spoof comedy stars pop-culture icons.


ThinkFilm's "Keeping Mum" - starring Maggie Smith, Rowan Atkinson, Kristin Scott Thomas, Patrick Swayze. Rowan Atkinson is an absent minded vicar of a rural parish who is so distracted by the pressures of his job that he fails to notice thta his wife's dalliance with her brash young golf instructor, his daughter's parade of new boyfriends, and his young son's regular trouncing by the school's bullies. Enter their charming new housekeeper,Grace, the answer to the family's prayers: a sweet old lady with her own distinctive definition of cleaning house - and avery unusual way of solving problems.

Columbia's "Half Nelson" - starring Ryan Gosling, Shareeka Epps, Anthony Mackie. Dan Dunne is a young inner-city junior high school teacher whose ideals wither and die in the face of reality. Though Dan is brilliant, and in control in the classroom, he spends his time outside school on the edge of consciousness. His disappointments and disillusionment have led to a serious drug habit. He juggles his hangovers and his homework, keeping his lives separated, until one of his troubled students, Drey, catches him getting high after school. From this awkward beginning, Dand and Drey stumble into an unexpected friendasip.

Screenmedia's "Disaster! The Movie" - starring Tommy Lee, Mick Mars, Glenn Morshower, Vince Neil, Nicki Sixx. In this spoof of big budget disaster films, a killer planetoid threatens the earth. To combat this threat, the government turns to a vulcanoligist Harry Bottoms. He assembles a crack team of disaster specialists consisting of his estranged daughter Sandy Mellons, a nuclear physician, and a Deepcore driller. Together with a NASA flight crew and a flatulent French astronaut, our heroes face numerous, preposterous complications, including the hazardous gas passed by Bidet and an angry space monkey who dwells on the planetoid.

Columbia's "Boynton Beach Club" - starring Sally Kellerman, Joseph Bologna, Dyan Cannon, Len Cariou, Brenda Vaccaro. Lois, Harry, Marilyn, Sandy and Jack live in an "Active Adult" community in Boynton Beach, Florida. Their lives intersect when they meet at a local Bereavement Club where they go to find emotional support after the loss of a loved one. For anyone who thins that new love and romance ends long before retirement, they're in for a reality check. No one sees themselves as becoming old, and the residents of Boynton Beach aren't about to start. But sometimes we all need a little reminder that life is worth living and sharing.
